When you create a league or join one, you choose a display name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your invite codes and for all activity that occurs under your name within any league.

Pitlane Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Race result data is sourced from third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Scores calculated from inaccurate third-party data are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

We do not collect your real name, email address, or any sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us.
We never sell your data. We never share your data with advertisers. We never use your data to profile you for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Currently, game data (predictions, league data) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you are connected to our backend servers (if applicable). We do not currently have access to your prediction data.
When you use Stripe for payment, Stripe stores your payment data on their secure, PCI-compliant servers. We only receive confirmation of payment status.
